Lunchtime

At Gill Blowers Nursery School we are able to provide a limited number of lunch spaces. Lunch spaces are normally offered to children once they have settled in to nursery and are ready for the experience of staying for lunch. Children should bring in a packed lunch that they can eat with the other children.

Lunch times are supported on a rota system by staff and a midday supervisor.

Members of staff are able to support children and role model good eating habits and table manners.

We also use lunch times as an opportunity to get the children ready to move on to school where lunch times can be very different.
