Community Support

You may be aware that sentencing in relation to the tragic triple murders in Marsh Farm, is
happening tomorrow. As such, we may see an increase of residents (not just in Marsh Farm but
the wider community too), who need some wellbeing support – whether that’s a cup of tea and
chat, or referral to Mind BLMK. The whole ordeal has been a shock to us all.
We will be hosting another Wellbeing Hub at Unity Hall, Arrow Close, Marsh Farm. This is a
council building, located to the right hand side in Arrow Close and has refreshment and
bathroom facilities. This will run on Wednesday (19th March), Thursday (20th March ) and
Friday (21st March) between 9.30am and 3pm. After these times, Mind BLMK have Recovery
Lounge drop ins across Bedfordshire and we will signpost people there. .
Mind BLMK are also sending officers and police officers will also be dropping in.
